Hillgreen Care and Support
Hillgreen Care and Support provides support services to adults and young people with learning disabilities, people who may have autistic spectrum conditions, people who have a dual diagnosis and those with mental health issues.
We provide support in registered care services often called care homes, supported living settings i.e. where the individual has their own tenancy and as flexible community support.
We are independent and are committed to remaining so, the founders of our company are still very much involved with the day to day delivery of support to our clients.
Hillgreen is based in Islington and works across North London and the Northern Home Counties.
We have grown steadily from 2003 on a borough by borough basis this has been achieved by listening to the concerns and aspirations of our service users and their families as well as social care professionals and commissioners.
Understanding the concerns and priorities of the people we support and their families helps us to provide a better and more personalised service.
Hillgreen currently positively supports a number of people who direct their own care and manage their own budget, we have worked hard to simplify our processes to make this as user friendly and accessible as possible.
We are always happy meet and talk informally with anyone that feels we may be able to support them or someone they care for, visiting existing services and meeting with people who already receive support from us is something we also encourage.
Hillgreen’s staff team reflects the communities in which we work. We support individuals from a very diverse range of cultural backgrounds to maintain their cultural identity and links with their community as they move toward independence.
