Hillgreen care and support’s services are designed to form an integrated pathway of support.
All of our services have well established links with their local communities. Hillgreen continue to build positive community networks in order that we can support people to access the broadest range of leisure, education, employment, cultural and spiritual opportunities possible.
We believe that working to maintain and grow these networks helps us to promote choice and inclusion.

Flexible Community Support
Hillgreen Care and Support has a registered domiciliary care agency which enables us to offer flexible community support.
Whether it is two hours a week to access a particular activity or twenty hours a week to maintain independence our community support can be tailored to the individual’s personalised plan.
This service is particularly suited to those who are taking control over their how their support is provided.
Hillgreen already supports a number of people who receive Direct Payments from their local authority.
Hillgreen works hard to match it’s community support workers to those receiving support. Our person centred assessment and support planning ensures that people have a real say in who supports them and how that support is delivered.
